How does customization work?

- When you are ready to checkout you will be able to provide a name, photo, and email for delivery of e-book.

How fast do I get my digital book?

- Digital books will be delivered at a max of 48 hours

Are there refunds?

- No, there are not refunds due to the nature of digital products however if you order our physical copies and something is incorrect or damaged upon arrival with a photo proof you will be given a store credit or a replacement.

Can I order multiple books?

- YES! We offer family bundles, of the same story or you can add multiple to your cart.

How do physical books ship?

- after your name, image, and email address is given I will create your book and send it off to be printed.

What type of pictures can I upload?

- full face pictures of who is to be in the book, clear pictures only to avoid blurring.

What happens if I submit the wrong name?

You can send an email and if the book has not already been created I do not mind fixing it for you, however if it has then the book will still be sent as purchased.
